Thats right! A stealth patch was recently done balancing (or nerfing) certain characters and weapons. However, the item that stands out the most is that both Despair and Agony are now considered “Dark Effects”. As you recall Cloak and Dagger is immune to it.
So if you noticed in your PVP battle why Cloak and Dagger was no longer being affected by despair you know why.

Ah yes, I was feeling cloak and dagger were a little underpowered, now they can come back for more it seems a lot more balanced. In other news, players rejoice the absence of iron man after his overly strong attacks got the nerf they deserved !
