PVP Reward Heroes – General Release Dates

The PVP reward heroes are given to those skilled and lucky enough to land in Adamantium League when the PVP tournament ends.   However, PVP heroes are typically made available 30 to 45 days after the end of the tournament as a general release to all other players for the cost of 135 command points (cp).     This precedent started with the release of Deadpool (Season 1 reward) on 11/5/2012.    Unlike Spec Ops reward heroes, PVP heroes are attainable much sooner.    The trend for the average days started to slow down from 2012 to 2015 (see graph below).   However, that trend seems to have have picked up again and now averages 45 days after the tournament ends.

Contrary to popular belief, Spiderman Noir did NOT have the longest wait time.   At 71 days wait, he only seemed that way to players.   That record goes to Nova.   Players had to wait 2 1/2 months before he was available to purchase.

Based on this current data trend, the highly anticipated Cloak & Dagger should be available this upcoming Friday June 3rd.   Again, this is purely speculative.
