1 year ago today, Victor Mancha, arguably one of the most powerful of the Runways group was released to the General Public for 135 CP – 66 days after PVP Season 20Tournament ended. A definite meta changer for sure. You would seem him paired up often with Beta Ray Bill on defense teams that used an electric tag team strategy. Still viable today. Get him if you don’t have him yet. He is certainly worth it
